Jacqueline discovered yoga while searching for a way to bring balance to her busy corporate lifestyle. She realised that her regular yoga practice was not only beneficiary to her physical body but also had a tremendous impact on her mind, energy levels and lifestyle.With her passion for yoga, global studies and her experiences from working in an office environment, her focus is bringing back movement, flexibility and repairing the damage we do to our bodies in our modern day lifestyle.  Jacqueline approaches her classes in a compassionate and mindful way, focusing on breath, movements and body awareness.

She has studied the aspects of yoga and meditation in Australia, India and Germany and is a Yoga Alliance 500RYT accredited yoga teacher specialised in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga.
